Path Robotics is seeking a Robotic Operations Support Specialist to join a team focused on advancing industrial robots and autonomous welding cells. The role involves supporting customers, troubleshooting, and maintaining automation equipment at Path Robotics sites and customer locations.

The position requires hands-on mechanical and electrical experience, Linux familiarity, and a customer-focused mindset. Travel 10–20% is expected, with schedule Fri–Sun, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, and shift differential

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in design, assembly, and troubleshooting of mechanical & electrical systems (manufacturing equipment)
• Linux experience and willingness to learn programming languages
• Strong customer support mindset and collaboration
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are a plus

Responsibilities

• Support customers and operate running autonomous welding cells
• Interface with customers to ensure equipment operates efficiently
• Coordinate with engineering resources to troubleshoot issues
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automation equipment
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics
• Inspect, clean, and replace electrical and mechanical components
• Travel 10–20% to customer sites as needed
