Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical and electrical tools is required.
• Ability to read and interpret basic 2D drawings or schematics.
• Comfortable lifting and moving items over 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Prepare robots for daily deployment by ensuring hardware and software readiness.
• Charge robots and batteries to maximize fleet uptime.
• Clean robots to maintain appearance and protect hardware.
• Assist with basic mechanical repairs on the robot fleet.
• Support service campaigns and hardware/software updates across the fleet.
• Assist remote support coordinators as field contact for tracking team.
• Perform calibrations and wheel alignment for safe navigation.
• Keep the workshop tidy and safe for the team.
