Responsibilities

• Prepare robots for the shift: ensure hardware and software are ready for daily deployment.
• Charge robots/batteries for the night; manage power cycles for fleet readiness.
• Clean robots and protect sensitive hardware; maintain workshop cleanliness.
• Perform mechanical repairs: assist basic repairs on the robot fleet.
• Perform service campaigns: help implement hardware or software updates across the fleet.
• Assist remote support coordinators: act as hands-on field contact for remote tracking team.
• Perform calibrations and wheel alignment to ensure safe navigation.
• Keep workshop organized and safe for the technical team.
