ExcelCare At Egg Harbor is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead daily clinical operations in our skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong staff support with weekend shift coverage.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, with prior supervisory experience in SNF or long-term care. Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills are essential to collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license and state certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit.
• Supervise, support, and mentor LPNs and CNAs on the unit.
• Ensure high-quality nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with physicians and team.
• Complete and review documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in care plan meetings and collaborate with other departments.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Address staff concerns and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.
