Acclaim Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Jersey City, NJ seeks an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to lead weekend operations and provide clinical oversight.

This part-time weekend role focuses on mentoring nursing staff, ensuring quality resident care, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, active RN license in the State of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience.
• At least 1 year of nursing supervisory experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical oversight during weekend shifts.
• Support the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing with daily operations.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with regulations.
• Participate in surveys, audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Coordinate staffing assignments to ensure coverage and oversee medication administration.
