Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Tulare, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse for local and travel contracts. You will evaluate residents, develop and update care plans, collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

The role requires an active RN license (AZ), hospital experience in acute rehab, ability to work flexible hours, proficiency with electronic charting, and compliance with TB, physical, and fingerprint clearance. BLS is required; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Arizona.
• Prior RN experience in an acute rehabilitation hospital.
• Desire to care for patients in an acute care setting with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Must have 1 year hospital experience.
• Efficient in electronic charting systems.
• BLS required / ACLS preferred.
• Current TB test within a year.
• Physical within 6 months.
• Fingerprint clearance (current).

Responsibilities

• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as directed
