Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a fast-paced hospital setting. The role requires an active RN license in Arizona, prior acute rehabilitation hospital experience, and a commitment to patient-centered care with integrity. Flexibility is essential.

You must have at least one year of hospital experience and be proficient with electronic charting. BLS is required; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Arizona.
• Prior experience as an RN in a acute rehabilatation hospital.
• The desire to care for patients in an acute care setting and act with integrity.
• The ability to work flexible hours.
• Must have 1 year hospital experience.
• Must be efficent in electronical charting system.
• BLS(required)/ACLS (preferred)
• Current TB with in a year
• Physical within 6 months
• Finger Print Card clearance (current)

Responsibilities

• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care
• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team
• Records the administration of medication
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as directed
