Job summary

Florham Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing operations during weekend shifts (7 AM–7 PM). The role emphasizes clinical leadership, regulatory compliance, and strong communication with physicians, staff, residents, and families.

Requirements include an active NJ RN license and a current BLS CPR certification, with 2+ years of nursing experience. Training is provided for those without prior supervisory experience, and weekend pay reflects

Qualifications

Active NJ RN license.
BLS CPR certification is required.
2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
Supervisory experience not required; training will be provided.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
Communicate changes with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families.
Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and professional leadership.
