Job summary

Seminole Care & Rehab in Oklahoma is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing care, coordinate plans, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role includes leading a nursing team, ensuring high-quality resident care, and working the available shifts on weekends as double coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• One year nursing experience preferred.
• Valid Oklahoma RN license and CPR certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Ability to react decisively in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of nursing and care planning.
• Lead individualized nursing care plans for residents.
• Assess and document residents' condition and needs.
• Implement physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
• Assign nursing care tasks to team members.
• Administer medications and start IVs as needed.
• Document treatments and maintain supplies and equipment.
