Ridgeway Rehab Center in Catonsville, Maryland is seeking a Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality care for residents.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree and current RN licensure, with preference for weekend supervisory experience in a long-term care setting. English fluency is mandatory to coordinate care and communicate with teams and families, and a patient-centric approach is essential.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by State Board of Nursing Examiners.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Experience in a long-term care facility, preferably in a weekend supervisor or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning resident care and facility operations.
• Coordinate with other resident services to ensure residents' total regimen of care is maintained.
• Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility's quality assurance program.
• Assist in planning the nursing services portion of the resident's discharge plan as necessary.
• Provide oversight and guidance to licensed staff (LPNs, GNAs, CMAs) on resident care.
