Job summary

Ridgeway Rehab Center in Catonsville, Maryland seeks an RN Weekend Supervisor for Saturdays and Sundays to lead nursing staff and ensure top-quality resident care. You will oversee nursing assistants, report on resident care and operations, and coordinate with resident services to maintain the care plan.

The role requires a current RN license, English proficiency, and prior long-term care experience in a weekend supervisor or similar position.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Experience in a long-term care facility, weekend supervisor or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning resident care and facility operations.
• Coordinate with other resident services to ensure residents' total regimen of care is maintained.
• Participate in development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility's quality assurance program.
• Assist in planning the nursing services portion of the resident's discharge plan as necessary.
• Provide oversight and guidance to licensed staff (LPNs, GNAs, CMAs) on resident care.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Ridgeway Rehab Center in Catonsville, Maryland. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, leading a team of dedicated nursing staff, and ensuring that our high standards of quality care are met.

Responsibilities
