Responsibilities

Assist the Director and Associate Director of Nursing with daily nursing operations.
Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring proper care delivery and adherence to policies.
Participate in surveys, audits, and regulatory inspections.
Help develop and update individualized resident care plans.
Provide evaluations and coaching to LPNs and CNAs; support disciplinary actions when necessary.
Communicate resident issues with physicians, families, and administrative staff.
Ensure adequate staffing and manage shift transitions.
Conduct rounds to monitor care quality and staff performance.
