Job summary

Eagleridge Health & Rehab in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a part-time 12-hour weekend shift. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, you will supervise nursing personnel and oversee day-to-day activities during assigned shifts to ensure high-quality care in compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising care plans, conducting rounds, admitting assessments, and providing direct resident care when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and regulatory requirements related to nursing care centers.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages helpful.
