Willow Grove Post Acute is seeking an RN Supervisor for part-time weekend shifts. You will oversee nursing care, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead our nursing team to deliver safe, high-quality resident care in a 109-bed facility in Hatboro, PA. Applicants must hold an active PA RN license and BLS CPR certification, with 2+ years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license.
• BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Experience in fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, staff, residents and families about changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on urgency.
