Job summary

Garden Spring Nursing &Rehabilitation Center of Willow Grove, PA is seeking a Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to support our team every other weekend (Preferably EVERY weekend). The shift is from 7am-7pm, at our 173-bed facility offering long term care and short term stay.

We are committed to compassionate and supportive care with a team-oriented approach. This role oversees direct care staff, supports the DON and Unit Managers, and provides direct patient care when necessary.

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility.
• Have at least 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident’s needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff
• Support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned
• Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned
