• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate staff and residents on resident rights, medication management, and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Nursing leadership to identify staffing needs and implement staffing strategies.
