Job summary

Rosewood Gardens Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Broomall, PA is seeking a Part Time RN Supervisor for every other weekend 7a-7p. The RN Supervisor assists in directing and supervising resident care plan implementation, staffing, and infection control to maintain a safe, homelike environment.

The role involves rounding on nursing units, coordinating with Unit Managers, ensuring adequate staffing, and guiding licensed and unlicensed staff to deliver quality care.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the implementation of the resident care plan, ensuring safety devices, positioning, toileting, and infection control.
• Coordinate and supervise services on assigned units to maintain a homelike atmosphere for residents.
• Regularly rounds on nursing units, checking staff and residents, including new admissions.
• Consult with Unit Managers to ensure continuity of care and address staffing issues.
• Assist in ensuring adequate staffing for the nursing department.

Rosewood Gardens Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Broomall, PA is currently hiring for a Part Time Every Other Weekend 7a-7p RN Supervisor!

Pay: $50-55 per hour depending on experience!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan, including but not limited to: ensuring use of appropriate safety devices, positioning and toileting plans, infection control measures.
• The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for the residents.
• The RN Supervisor regularly rounds on nursing units that includes but is not limited to: checking in with licensed and unlicensed staff, checking residents who are acutely ill or actively dying, greeting all new admissions.
• The RN Supervisor consults with Unit Managers in the provision of continuity of care to residents. Discuss staffing issues and emergent or on-going problems.
• The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in ensuring adequate staffing for the nursing department.
