Job summary

Laurelwood Health Care Center in Jackson, Tennessee is seeking a compassionate Part-Time RN Weekend Supervisor to join our care team for every other weekend, 8-hour shifts.

You will assess resident needs, develop care plans, supervise CNAs, inform physicians of changes, and coordinate with families and the interdisciplinary team, while maintaining HIPAA.

An unrestricted Tennessee RN license and CPR/BLS certification are required. We offer a team-focused environment and flexible weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer, and evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other nursing personnel on the unit.
• Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
• Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
