Qualifications
- Active Tennessee RN license (unrestricted).
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday 8-hour shifts on weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assess resident needs and develop individual care plans; supervise CNAs and other nursing staff on the unit.
- Inform physicians of changes in resident conditions.
- Communicate care plan updates with patients, families and the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain confidentiality of all protected health information in verbal, written and electronic forms.
