Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Beaver Falls, PA, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join a skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on assessing residents, developing care plans, administering nursing care and supervising CNAs and other staff to maintain high-quality care.

Shifts include weekends 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, with wages starting at $48.00 per hour. Benefits include flexible pay options, PTO, health/dental/vision coverage, 401K, and opportunities for career growth and leadership

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR or BLS certification required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate care effectiveness.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff to ensure quality care in SNF setting.
