Townsend Park Health & Rehab is seeking an experienced nurse leader to assist the Director of Nursing in managing day-to-day nursing operations. You will coordinate admissions, discharges and transfers, oversee documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Coordinates with physicians and hospital for patient care and transportation.
• Provides demonstrations/education to licensed and unlicensed staff as needed.
• Maintains compliance with licensure standards and survey processes.
