You will admit, discharge and transfer patients, coordinate care planning and the MDS process, maintain strong physician communications, and provide supervision and education to staff in a nonprofit, mission‑driven setting.

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active RN license to practice in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing staff functions (licensed and unlicensed).
• Admit, discharge and transfer patients as requested.
• Coordinate care planning and the MDS process.
• Maintain communication with attending physicians.
