The role supervises nursing staff, coordinates daily activities, mentors team members, and maintains accurate documentation while fostering clear communication with residents, families, physicians, and staff.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license is required; prior supervisor experience in long-term

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the state of practice (active and unrestricted).
• Ability to lead staff and foster a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend operations.
• Coordinate daily nursing activities to promote high-quality resident care.
• Monitor compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing team members.
• Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and problem resolution.
• Promote effective communication among residents, families, physicians, and staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care.
