Job summary

Pine Hill Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality care for residents in a long-term care setting. The role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a compassionate approach to elderly care.

Responsibilities include supervising RNs/LPNs/CNAs, developing care plans with the interdisciplinary team, monitoring resident health, and coordinating with providers.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Alabama.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care or a related setting.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

• Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

• Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers to address concerns and ensure open communication.

As a RN Weekend Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing compassionate care to the elderly population.
