Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas RN license (or Compact) and be in good standing.
• At least 2 years in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute care.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to resident advocacy and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing team members during assigned shifts.
• Ensure high-quality resident-centered care in line with standards and best practices.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to clinical concerns.
• Serve as a resource and mentor for LVNs, CNAs, and other clinical staff.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work environment supporting engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident wellbeing and outcomes.
• Assist with staffing coordination, clinical oversight, and shift operations.
• Support compliance with state, federal, and organizational policies and procedures.
• Foster meaningful connections with residents, families, and team members.
