Job summary

Stellar Health Group is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor for Premier Healthcare at Harrington House in Walpole, MA. The role provides leadership and hands-on nursing care while supervising licensed and support nursing staff on weekends.

You will ensure resident care meets the highest standards in a skilled nursing environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. MA RN license and CPR certification are required; LTC experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Massachusetts RN license
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Current CPR certification
• Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Work 12-hour shifts
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, Medication Technicians, and Restorative Aides on assigned units
• Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, IV administration, colostomy care, tube feedings, and suctioning
• Transcribe and carry out physician orders, administer medications, and monitor residents for changes or adverse reactions
• Participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Conduct rounds to ensure resident needs are met and staff follow policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic resident care
• Participate in QAPI activities, surveys, and end-of-life care as needed
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and infection control standards
