Job summary

Premier Healthcare at Harrington House is under new management by Stellar Health Group. We are seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead a skilled nursing team and provide hands-on nursing care on weekends in Walpole, MA.

The role requires an active MA RN license, a nursing degree, CPR certification, and strong leadership and communication skills. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required, with a focus on high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current MA RN license is required.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to supervise staff with tact and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise weekend nursing team on 12-hour shifts.
• Provide direct nursing care including wound care and IV administration.
• Transcribe and carry out physician orders, administer medications.
• Monitor residents for changes or adverse reactions.
• Participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Conduct rounds to ensure resident needs are met and policies followed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic resident care.
• Participate in QAPI activities, surveys, and end-of-life care as needed.
• Ensure infection control standards are met.
