Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff while fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, transfers, and clinical care.
• Make rounds, assess resident conditions, and respond to changes in health status.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily shift operations.
• Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, infection prevention standards, HIPAA, and Fairmount policies.
• Provide leadership during emergencies and serve as Charge Nurse when needed.
