Johns Island Post Acute is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (RN) to lead nursing operations on weekends and ensure high-quality resident care at our Johns Island facility. You will guide staff, enforce policies, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate service.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license in good standing, with LTC experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in nursing or social work is required, and LVN/LPN licenses are acceptable.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Social Work.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care / nursing home preferred.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal and Medicaid programs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee nursing operations during the weekend shift.
• Support and guide nursing staff to provide exceptional resident care.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Respond to resident, family, and staff needs with professionalism and compassion.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
