Job summary

Civita Care Center at Cheshire is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead nursing operations on weekends and ensure top-quality care for residents. The role emphasizes supervision, patient rounds, and coordinating admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Long-term care or nursing home experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing department in the absence of the Director of Nursing (DON).
• Review staffing at the change of each shift and adjust to meet resident care needs.
• Complete patient care rounds with high-quality care for all residents.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges smoothly and efficiently.
