Job summary

Willow Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in MA is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support staff in delivering safe, high-quality resident care.

This role requires an MA RN license and BLS, with at least 2 years of nursing experience and strong communication skills. Weekend shifts are 7a–7p, with a pay rate of $37 to $60 per hour, plus benefits and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in MA.
• BLS certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
