Job summary

Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team for weekend shifts. The Weekend RN Supervisor provides clinical leadership, guides nursing staff, and ensures residents receive safe, personalized care in our 324-bed long-term care community.

The role requires PA RN license, prior supervisory or leadership experience, and strong clinical judgement.

Qualifications

• Leadership and clinical supervision experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff during the assigned shift.
• Oversee resident care and ensure services are provided according to individualized care plans, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor medication administration, resident assessments, treatments, and overall resident safety.
• Support nurses and CNAs in addressing resident needs and clinical concerns.
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team to promote positive resident outcomes.
• Serve as a leadership resource and point of contact for residents, families, staff, and administration.
• Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and clinical emergencies.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and respectful communication among staff.
• Help ensure the nursing department maintains high standards of quality and resident-centered care.
