Job summary

Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team on weekend shifts, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care. You will provide clinical guidance, monitor care plans, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates are current PA-licensed RNs with supervisory experience in long-term care, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Current Pennsylvania RN license required.
Supervisory or nursing leadership experience preferred.
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
Dependable, compassionate, and committed to resident care.
Ability to work independently and in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff during the assigned shift.
Oversee resident care and ensure services are provided according to individualized care plans, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor medication administration, resident assessments, treatments, and overall resident safety.
Support nurses and CNAs in addressing resident needs and clinical concerns.
Collaborate with physicians, providers, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team to promote positive resident outcomes.
Serve as a leadership resource and point of contact for residents, families, staff, and administration.
Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and clinical emergencies.
Promote teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and respectful communication among staff.
Help ensure the nursing department maintains high standards of quality and resident-centered care.
