Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing per state licensure.
• Experience as Charge Nurse or supervisory preferred.
• Must maintain regular weekend attendance and coordinate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate nursing services per regulations.
• Develop and update nursing policies and procedures.
• Coordinate nursing services with resident care teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Determine staffing needs and supervise scheduling within state guidelines.
• Ensure direct nursing care is provided by licensed staff as applicable.
