Job summary

Hillside Health and Rehabilitation in Florida seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the 3p-11p shift to lead nursing staff and oversee daily activities under the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities include supervising care planning, resident assessments, rounds, and direct patient care as needed, while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong understanding of nursing practices and regulatory requirements for nursing care centers.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care, including review and updates of care plans.
• Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and participation in leisure activities as appropriate.
