The role emphasizes ensuring high-quality care and strict adherence to policies while coordinating with nursing staff and other professionals.

Responsibilities include completing admission/discharge documentation, administering medications, coordinating transfers, and performing professional nursing procedures per facility guidelines.

Qualifications

• RN graduate with current KS licensure
• Strong leadership abilities and collaboration
• Proficient reading, writing and speaking English

Responsibilities

• Complete RN records for admissions, discharges, transfers and other events.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed.
• Facilitate admissions, transfers and discharges including transport arrangements.
• Provide professional nursing procedures as outlined by facility policies.
