Job summary

Avir Vista is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Shift Supervisor to join Avir at Parkview in Fort Worth, TX. You will oversee weekend nursing operations, provide clinical guidance, and ensure high-quality patient care across the weekend shifts.

The role requires TX RN licensure, 2+ years in rehabilitative care, and strong leadership and communication skills. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain excellent care standards in a fast-paced weekend environment.

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in rehabilitative care.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the nursing team on weekend shifts, ensuring all patient care activities follow policies and procedures.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, including medication administration, wound care, and patient assessment.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Ensure that all patient care activities are documented accurately and in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of care.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, families, and staff.
