As an RN Weekend Supervisor, you will oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts, ensuring and providing quality resident care, compliance with regulatory standards, and providing leadership to staff.

Work involves leading weekend teams in a long-term care setting, maintaining infection control, and collaborating with regulatory bodies to ensure safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
