Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the nursing team on weekend shifts, ensuring that all patient care activities are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, including medication administration, wound care, and patient assessment.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Ensure that all patient care activities are documented accurately and in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that patient care meets high standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, families, and staff members.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Weekend Shift Supervisor to join our team at Avir at Parkview in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Weekend Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing team, providing clinical guidance and support, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care on our weekend shifts.

Requirements
