Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to coordinate patient care and services, promoting quality care through collaboration with patients, families, and the care team. The role requires RN licensure, 2 years of nursing experience (geriatric preferred), and CPR certification.

You will lead licensed staff and CNAs, assess patient needs, and ensure compliance with all regulations and Life Care standards.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the applicable state
• Two years nursing experience; geriatric care preferred
• CPR certification required at hire or obtained during orientation; CPR must remain current

Responsibilities

• Provide, manage, and coordinate patient care and services through interpersonal contact with patients and families
• Direct licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing patient care needs/reporting requirements
• Assess patients’ needs and develop plans of care
• Exhibit excellent customer service and professionalism toward patients
• Demonstrate dependable attendance and teamwork across interdisciplinary staff
