Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shift, ensuring policy and regulation compliance.
• Mentor staff and coordinate care delivery with other departments.
• Maintain safe, 24/7 nursing coverage by coordinating staffing and reducing overtime/agency use.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation and promotions/terminations.
