Willow Brook Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Supervisor for weekend or every-other weekend shifts from 7am to 7pm in Massachusetts. The role emphasizes strong clinical leadership to ensure safe, high-quality resident care within a 142-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active RN license in the state of MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, staff, and regulators.
• Solid knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate changes in condition or care needs with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and professional leadership.
