Job summary

Willow Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 142-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility, is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations and ensure regulatory compliance. You will support daily care, supervise staff, and promote resident safety and quality outcomes.

The role requires a current MA RN license, BLS (CPR), and at least 2 years of nursing experience. Training for supervisory duties is provided, with a focus on teamwork and compassionate care.

$37 to $60 an hour

Responsibilities for RN Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.

• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.

• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
