Job summary

Casa De Oro is seeking a Day Shift, Weekend RN Supervisor to oversee nursing units with 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays and half-day Fridays and Mondays. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality care, ensuring compliance, and supporting a collaborative team environment.

The RN Supervisor will work to maintain patient safety, mentor staff, and coordinate with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate coverage while controlling overtime and agency use.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with active RN licensure.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift.
• Facilitate care delivery model implementation and mentor staff.
• Coordinate staffing to ensure safe 24/7 nursing care with limited overtime.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new hires and promotions.
