Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in organizing day-to-day nursing staff functions.
• Admit, discharge and transfer patients as requested.
• Develop work assignments for unlicensed staff and monitor compliance.
• Coordinate care planning and the MDS process with the Director of Nursing Services.
• Maintain documentation procedures and effective communication with physicians.
