Fi-Bay Pointe, LLC is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities and ensure the highest quality care. You will supervise LVN/LPNs, CNAs, and treatment staff, coordinate resident care, and participate in rounds and assessments.

Strong leadership, communication, and PCC EHR proficiency are essential for success. The role involves regulatory compliance, staff training, and collaboration with physicians and families to support residents’ well-being.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 2 years in a long-term care setting with supervisory experience.
• Active RN license and current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of PCC EHR preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities to ensure quality care.
• Coordinate resident care and IV administration.
• Supervise LVN/LPNs, Treatment Nurses, and CNAs; provide coaching.
• Make rounds, report changes, and perform skilled assessments.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing staff training.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain care plans.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and other health professionals.
• Assist with emergencies and new admissions as needed.
