Charming Lakes Rehabilitation in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead nursing services and collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure residents receive high-quality care and staff are supported.

This weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday, 6:45 AM–7:15 PM) requires a compassionate, experienced nurse who can oversee regulatory compliance, conduct rounds, and participate in surveys and discharge planning while guiding the care team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in long-term care leadership or supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services to ensure compliance with regulations and facility standards.
• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and adherence to responsibilities.
• Participate in facility surveys and government inspections
• Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing residents' discharge plans
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor care delivery and staff performance
