Job summary
Charming Lakes Rehabilitation in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead nursing services and collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure residents receive high-quality care and staff are supported.
This weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday, 6:45 AM–7:15 PM) requires a compassionate, experienced nurse who can oversee regulatory compliance, conduct rounds, and participate in surveys and discharge planning while guiding the care team.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Florida.
- Experience in long-term care leadership or supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing services to ensure compliance with regulations and facility standards.
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and adherence to responsibilities.
- Participate in facility surveys and government inspections
- Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing residents' discharge plans

Salary: $36 - $42 per hour
Charming Lakes Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and experienced Weekend RN Supervisor to join our team. In this leadership role, you will collaborate closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standards of care for our residents while supporting and guiding our nursing staff.
