Responsibilities

• Address complaints and communicate with the Director of Nursing.
• Welcome and assist new residents, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Accompany physicians on rounds as needed and facilitate communication.
• Monitor medication administration and treatment schedules.
• Provide direct nursing care when necessary.
• Assist with evaluations for LPNs and CNAs.
