Job summary

Lakes at Lutz Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Weekend RN/LPN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff during the 11pm–7am shift. This part-time role reports to the Director of Nursing and ensures care planning, compliance, and high-quality resident care on weekends.

Preferred RN with licensure in Florida; LPN considered. Responsibilities include rounds, care plan updates, ADL support, medication administration, and coordination with clinical teams in a supportive work environment that

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• RN or LPN licensure in Florida; RN preferred.
• Nursing education required or preferred; IV, CPR/BLS certifications expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel and oversee day-to-day nursing activities during assigned shifts.
• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery, review and update care plans.
• Assess residents on admission and during changes in condition; conduct rounds.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care including ADLs, meals, medications, and treatment administration.

Skills

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)

Current RN/LPN license in Florida

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

Peripheral IV certification

CPR/BLS certification
